6.2 ChatBAT Community Conference

The ChatBAT Investor Community Conference, composed of all CB token holders, is the highest authority of the project. The ChatBAT Investor Community Conference has the following functions:

(1) Amend the regulations of the Investor Community Conference;

(2) Supervise the implementation of the regulations of the Investor Community Conference;

(3) Elect and replace members of the Governance Committee;

(4) Overturn improper decisions of the Governance Committee;

(5) Approve major business matters and changes.

Community members will make resolutions through voting based on the weight calculated from the number of tokens held and the voting results. The Community Conference will be held once a year, providing a report on the progress of the project for the year. The conference can be convened if more than one-fifth of the token holders approve it according to the decision of the Governance Committee.
